Foster Angels Charity

Is a charity that provides gifts and entertainment for
abused and neglected children living in foster care facilities to enrich their lives.
There are no administrative costs.
It is made up of volunteerism and donations.

Foster Angels, Inc. has been providing Christmas gifts for
abused and neglected children residing in foster care facilities for 20 years.
I hope we can count on YOU for your support.
Your help would bring much joy into the lives of these children.

Foster Angels provides gifts to a great many children through out Central Florida.
The Children's Home Society, Family & Friends United, Inc., the Human Crisis Outreach
have come to rely heavily on these gift contributions to supplement their programs.
Throughout the years, we have seen a growing need and have thus added
aid to children falling victim to family distress into our program.

Foster Angels has never lost touch with the original purpose,
and that was to provide the children with specific items that they have requested. These requests have been from a Christmas stocking to dental braces and sometimes even a house or a mom and dad. In most cases somehow some wonderful person manages to come through and their request is granted. Of course, the most often asked for items remain - CD / MP3 players, watches, hand held video games, bikes, big wheels, remote control cars, scooters, board games, Barbie / Bratz dolls and action figures (depending on the current craze); teens still remain the neediest. They like cologne (male / female), make-ip and spa kits, basket /footballs, hair dryers & curling irons and T-shirts. Its so much more fun to buy a doll or a racecar set - and it's so natural to think; well, they're almost adults anyway - but these are the adults of our future. Do we really want to send them out into the world feeling forgotten and unloved.
The scars of abuse and neglect do not disappear with age;
they are carried into the future of our next generation.

You can become part of the Foster Angels' Team by Choosing an "Angel" to sponsor or if you have an office, a store, a company, a restaurant even a large family - you may want a whole bunch of "Foster Angels" to sponsor! Each sponsorship will include the name, age and request of a child residing in a foster care facility. Your job? Simple - just provide the gift and contact me so we can arrange for delivery.

Sponsoring "Angels" may be hazardous to your wallet, can become addictive,
will produce a high, cause multiple selections and there is always the danger of trying
to turn your friends on!
